Emirates Golf Club recently hosted the BMW Seniors Open which saw 135 golfers compete on the Majlis Course. The overall winner of the BMW Seniors Open was Parvez Ahmed (EGC) with 42 points. Parvez lit up the back 9, coming home in five under par net, carding four net birdies and a net eagle.

Runner up was Jeremy Lee (Dubai Creek) with 40 points (BB9), the highlight of Jeremy’s round was a fantastic back 9 display of five under par net which incldued a gross birdie on Hole 16.
In third place was Harry Gandhi (EGC) also with 40 points. Harry put together two solid nines of 20 points including a total of seven net birdies.
The Gross Prize was won by Vikram Malhotra (EGC) with 32 Gross Points. Vikram also reaped the rewards of a strong back 9 with gross birdies on Holes 11, 15 and 17.
Hotly contested
In Division A (16 Below), the winner was was Ravi Khanna with 38 points (BB9). Ravi completed his last six holes in three under par net to take a hotly contested Division A. Runner Up in Division A was Saravjeet Talwar again scoring 38 pts. Saravjeet got off to a fine start, turning in three under par net thanks to three net birdies.
In Division B (16 Above), Maribel Xammar was victorious with 39 points. Maribel had a very strong finish to her round as she made net birdies on Holes 16, 17 and 18. Runner up was Sourit Sen with 37 points (BB9). Sourit covered his final 6 six holes in five under par net to take runner up in Division B.
