Jumeirah Golf Estates recently hosted 22 ladies over the Earth course in a unique relaxed and fun format in this afternoon event.

The format was a team ‘Toss Scramble’ played over nine holes, with the ladies teeing up on the orange markers. The game was played as a traditional scramble, with the twist being each player had one toss throughout the round that didn’t count toward their score.

The best team of the day was Anna–Retha Rafferty, Ekatherina Sales, Christina Andrews, and Sherma Ayrton. They scored an amazing score of 23 net (13 under par) to claim the victory. Special mention must be made on Team members; Ekatherina and Christina, both are beginners but still put in an amazing performance to help their team to victory.

The Team runners-up were Maria Toriello with Elena Commarmond and Riita Saarinen. The team scored an impressive 25 net (11 under par).

The on-course competition: Nearest the Pin on Hole 6 went to Riitta Saarinen. Riitta had a fantastic day out having been a part of the runners-up scramble team and hitting a wonderful shot to within 8 feet of the hole.
